Billy Clayton Templeton of Opelika, Alabama was born on January 25, 1953 and passed away at his home on July 11, 2017. He was 64 years of age. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Martha Templeton and one sister. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Deborah K. Templeton; daughters, Michelle Templeton, Marie Cotney, Anna Templeton, Ivory Bowden; grandchildren, Tony Cotney, Audrey Cotney; one brother, four sisters, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. Graveside service will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Keith officiating in Garden Hills Cemetery. Mr. Templeton will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Roll Tide!
