David "Chad" Terry was born July 21, 1977 in Opelika, Alabama and passed away on July 27, 2014. He was a master craftsman and worked with Van Nostrand Cabinets for many years. Chad is survived by his wife of 16 years, Julie; daughter, Tiffany; son, Tyler; parents, David and Betty Terry; brother, Brian Terry (Jennifer); brother-in-law, Chuck Stallions (Christi); sister-in-law, Kathy Gravatt (Gabe); and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayne Prickett officiating.
