Dennis Wade Bledsoe of Lanett, Alabama was born in the Lee County Hospital on October 15, 1963 to the late Thornton and Joyce Knowles Bledsoe and passed away at East Alabama Medical Center on October 24, 2016 at 11:14 p.m. CDT. He was 53 years old. Dennis was a loving father and husband with a compassionate heart. He was an avid outdoorsman, as well as an Alabama fan, who loved his pets. He was preceded in death by his brother Mike Bledsoe. He is survived by his wife Cathy Fleming; daughter Meghan Bledsoe; sisters Gail Edwards (Doug), and Rita Bledsoe; brother Chris Bell (Donna), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Visitation will be held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 12:30 until 2:15 p.m. CDT. Funeral Service will be held Sunday, October 30, 2016 in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. CDT with Pastor Bogey Cotney officiating. Following the Funeral Service, a Graveside Service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett, Alabama at 3:45 p.m. CDT. Visitation will be held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 12:30 until 2:15 p.m. CDT.
