Earnest Smith, of Notasulga, Alabama was born on October 30, 1943 and passed away April 20, 2016 at EAMC. He was 72 years old. Owner Operator Central Alabama Excavating for many years, and a Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by two brothers, and three sisters. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mollie A. Smith; daughter, Cynthia A. Baccus (Jimmy); grandson, Matthew Geer (Breanna); two great grandsons. Corey and Collin Geer, and sister, Frances Hoyle (Phil). Visitation will be held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Friday, April 22, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Graveside Service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 in the Memory Gardens Cemetery of Notasulga, Alabama at 1:00 p.m. with Brother, Henry Dawson officiating. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Visitation will be held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Friday, April 22, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
