Edward Clayton Tierney, of Auburn, was born in Providence, Rhode Island on December 5, 1965 and passed away at East Alabama Medical Center on October 9, 2013. He was a proud Veteran and loving father, husband and son. Mr. Tierney is survived by his wife, Lorraine Jean Tierney; children, Kevin Tierney, Christopher Tierney, Douglas Tierney, Rachael Tierney, and Kimberly Tierney; grandchildren, Kailey Tierney, Piper Tierney, Jillian Tierney and Mason Tierney. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home.
