George Hazeldine of Keansburg, NJ was born to the late Joseph and Beverly Hazeldine on September 18, 1957 and passed away at Oak Park on April 30, 2020. He was 62 years old. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Beverly and Helen. He is survived by his brother, Joseph, nephews, James (Debra) Hazeldine, Joseph Hazeldine, Timothy (Anne) Hazeldine, and Jeffery Hazeldine; nieces, Barbara (Ed) Johnson, and Alice (Clayton).
