Gloria left this world on January 27, 2013 to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was born on September 18, 1942 in Opelika, Alabama. She graduated from Opelika High School in 1960. She married William Michael "Mike" Hanna in 1970. Mike preceded her in death in 2004. She was also preceded in death by her mother and father, Lillian Aileene Chandler Moss and Willie B. Chandler, and two sisters and one brother. She is survived by her brothers, Bobby D. Chandler (Margaret), and Reggie Chandler; and a special friend, Marvin Sorrells; also a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home from 2-2:45p.m. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 3p.m. at Garden Hills Cemetery, with Rev. Darren White officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Bethany House.
