Gracie M. Horne, of Opelika was born in Uriah, Alabama on November 28, 1943 and passed away at Arbor Springs on February 11, 2016. She was 72 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Morris and Minnie Lee Biggs Hendrix. She is survived by her husband, Talmage D. Horne; sons, Randall Horne (Felicia), and Danny Horne (Marie); grandchildren, Kristin DeLoach (Brandon), Meghan Alexander (Russell), Jarrod Horne (Amanda), and Jessica Horne (Thomas Brunner); great grandchildren, Levi Horne, Rachel Horne, and Cullen DeLoach. Visitation will be held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home on Sunday, February 14, 2016 from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m. Funeral service will be held Sunday, February 14, 2016 in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Russell DeLee officiating. Interment will follow at Garden Hills Cemetery, with Reverend David Waldrop officiating. Visitation will be held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home on Sunday, February 14, 2016 from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m.
