Jill Foley was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on February 20, 1955, and passed away July 18, 2015 at Alexander Medical Center after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late James and Naomi Fisher, and was preceded in death by her sister, Joni Fisher. She is survived by sister, Jennifer Noyon; brothers, James and Tom Fisher,
