Judy B. Howard of Salem, Alabama was born to the late Carlton and Nellie Baker on December 13, 1947 and passed away at her home surrounded by family on March 15, 2017. She was 69 years old. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Lynsie Grace Thornton; brothers Robert Baker, and Carlton A. Baker. She is survived by her husband, Dave Howard; daughters, Leigh Anne Phillips, Cindy Lynne Thornton (Layne), Christy Tenney (James); son, Sidney Phillips, Jr. (Jennifer England); grandchildren, Gracie Thornton, Tyler Phillips, Dylan Phillips; great grandchild, Miyah Leann Phillips; sisters, Sheree Barreto (Hector), Bonnie Riddle (Purvis), Peggy Hearn, Linda Kistler (Doug), Dolly Butler (Elmer), and Penny Johnson; brother, Freddie Baker (Tammy). Visitation will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 at Marvin Parkway Baptist Church from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Memorial service will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 at Marvin Parkway Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend David Floyd officiating.
