Larry Smith, age 63 of Opelika, was born in Tallassee, Tallapoosa County, Alabama on December 4, 1947 and passed away February 5, 2011 at his home. He was a member of Wesley Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Sebron Smith. He is survived by his wife, Judy Ann Smith; mother, Nadine Smith; son, Richie (Patti) Smith; daughter, Somer (Rev. Tim) Bass; son, Sebron Smith; daughter, Constance Smith (Royce Rollins); brothers, Leon (Anita) Smith of Dadeville and Dr. Ken (Mag) Smith of Columbus; six grandchildren, Timothy Joshua Bass, Nick Rollins, Aly Bass, Dillion Smith, Caleb Golden, and Logan Smith.
