Lauren M. Sabato, of Opelika, Alabama was born in New York on September 5, 1947, and passed away at EAMC on March 22, 2016. She was 68 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Agnes Sabato, as well as her brother, Robert Sabato. She is survived by her children, Cindy Darby, Belinda Litchko (Michael), and their father Billy Joe Burnham and his family; grandchildren, Jessica Edwards (Latrellvis), Nina Darby (Tez), Olivia Buchannon; great grandchildren, Kayden Lockhart, Major Cole, Braylon Cole, Kodi Simmons-Edwards, Marlee Edwards, and Lauren Edwards; brother, Louis Sabato; nephews, Robert Sabato, and Sam Sabato; nieces, Dora Robin, Renee Robin; Special aunts, Lucy Potenza, and Gloria McBrier, as well as several other family members. Visitation will be held at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Monday, March 28, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until the service begins. Funeral mass will be held on March 28, 2016 in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. with Father Orlando officiating. Interment will follow at Auburn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Monday, March 28, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until the service begins.
