Liam I. Kawaguchi of Opelika, Alabama, formerly of Boise, Idaho was born in Boise, Idaho on July 31, 2010 and passed away at Children's Hospital on June 28, 2018. He was 7 years old. A church member of Shady Grove Christian Church. Liam just finished first grade at Beauregard Elementary. He was an outgoing young man, he loved to dance and ride horses. He was fascinated with Policemen. He wanted to be a doctor when he grew up. He had a great heart and was a caring, kind, compassionate young man who was good at sharing. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Haruji Kawaguchi. He is survived by his mother, Alyssa Marie Bailey; grandparents, Nancy J. Kawaguchi; aunt, Cassandra Kawaguchi; uncle, Ryan Kawaguchi. Memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Frederick-Dean Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2018 with Pastor Ken Stover officiating.
