Mary Agnes Lawhorn of Beauregard was born in Tallassee, Alabama on May 2, 1942 and passed away at her home on June 6, 2016. She was 74 years old. She was daughter to the late T.S. Davis and Maggie Strong Davis, and preceded in death by three infant children, and two infant grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 53 years Milton Lawhorn; son, Mark Lawhorn (Kim); daughter, Angla Lawhorn; grandchildren, Joshua Lawhorn, Andrew Lawhorn, Caleb Lawhorn, Ethan Smith, Elisabeth Lawhorn, Lydia Lawhorn; brothers, Billy Davis (Terry), Lester Davis (Penny), Kenneth Davis; sisters, Martha Smith, June Sanders (Jerry #2), Evelyn Davis, Donna Williams (Dale #1), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in the Sanctuary at Providence Baptist Church from 10:00 until 11:50 a.m. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in the Sanctuary at Providence Baptist Church at 12:00 noon with Dr. Rusty Sowell officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. The family would like to thank Hospice Advantage and Tony Long for the kind, compassionate, loving care that they gave to the family during their time of need.
