Peggyann M. Kozak (Nee Janiak) 73, of Opelika, Alabama, formerly of Buffalo, New York, passed away peacefully in her home after a brief battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents Edmund and Dorothy Janiak. She is survived by her childhood sweetheart and beloved husband of 52 years, Daniel Kozak; children, Daniel (Millie) Kozak, Douglas (Jamie-Jo) Kozak, Marc (Lisa) Kozak, and Rebecca Kozak-Reisinger; She also left behind 7 adoring grandchildren: Andrew, Marshall, Krystal, Nicholas, Christopher, Christian, and Trey. Our mother's legacy will be her unconditional love of her children and friends, utter devotion to her husband and her relentless pursuit of our Lord Jesus Christ. The earth has lost a vibrant, funny, kind and irreplaceable person but through our heartbreak we rejoice knowing that the Lord has greeted her with "Well done, good and faithful servant".
