Ada Wright Folmar, age 85, of Auburn, died peacefully on December 14, 2012. Ada was preceded in death by her husband, Guy; her parents, Katherine and Homer Wright; and her brother, Homer Wright Jr. She is survived by a sister, Katherine Varn; and in her own words, "five wonderful children whose love for each other is their gift to me." Kate, Henry (Betsy), Dottie Barfield (Gary), John (Julie), and Jim (Andrea); special grandchild, Ross; brothers, Will and Sam; Lacy Sibley and Guy; Doug and Katherine Barfield; Jack and Ada. She was an active member of the women's society of her church, Auburn United Methodist Church, PEO, Wesley Terrace Auxiliary, Colonial Dames of America, Daughters of the American Revolution, Kappa Delta Sorority, and others.
