Annette Gunter Wilder of Beauregard was born in Red Bank, South Carolina on February 16, 1937 and passed away at her home on June 12, 2017. She was 80 years old.
Granny Ann enjoyed the last few days of her life in fellowship with her family.
She was the daughter to the late Henry Cape and Maggie Gunter.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, John W. Wilder.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Wilder (Carol); daughters, Tammie Mary (Paul), Lelia Gilmer (Matt); grandchildren, Mallory Conway (Basil), Jacob Wilder (Meg), Paul Mary, V, Laura Lea Gilmer, Christopher Wilder, Jing Zhang (Yiming); great grandchildren, Basil "Fife" Manley Conway, V, Matthew Rutledge Conway, Jackson Thomas Wilder, Skyler Gilmer Zhao; expected great granddaughter, Lauren Elizabeth Wilder; brother-in-law, Cecil Wilder; niece, Cindy Prince (Curtis); nephew, Kendall Gunter (Jean), as well as other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Providence Baptist Church West Campus from 10:30 a.m. until 11:50 a.m.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Providence Baptist Church West Campus at 12:00 noon with Dr. Rusty Sowell officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family would like to thank their church family at Providence Baptist Church and Union Grove Baptist Church for their love, support, and prayers, during this difficult time. The family would also like to thank Edna Collins for her steadfast dedication to and wonderful care for our Mom over the past year.
