Annie Ruth "Pat" Lisle, age 78, was born in Elmore County, Alabama on April 19, 1934. She was the wife of the late Melvin "Bully" Lisle. As a resident of Opelika for the last 76 years, she gained the reputation of second Momma to those who met her. She had a heart of compassion, loving animals and people alike. She was a proud Christian member of Central Baptist Church, where she loved hearing the Gospel of Jesus preached. Mrs. Lisle is survived by her three children, Gail (Joe) Jordan, Ann Guinn, Wayne (Beverly) Lisle; grandchildren, William "Billy" (Mandy) Hollingsworth, Tracy (Brook) Easley, Katie (Corey) Grizzle, Andrea (Jay) Gunter; great grandchildren, Mitchell and Madison Hollingsworth, Rex Grizzle, Connor Easley, Brooks and Ava Grace Gunter. And she is survived by one brother, Whit (Sayoka) Hilyer.
