Barbara D Hadaway, 79, of Opelika, Alabama passed away at her home Friday, January 9, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her parents; John Grant & Pauline Grant Ingram; son, Robert Elton Orrick, Jr. ; grandson, Brian Lee; brother, John Grant; and sister Katherine Bunn.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Tatum (Nick Young), Amanda Lee (Gerald); 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Cynthia Bryant (Earl) , as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.

Visitation will be held in the parlor of Frederick-Dean Funeral Home at 1:00PM on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The funeral service will be held at 2:00PM in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean with Pastor Kevin Acre officiating. Interment will follow at Garden Hills Cemetery.
