Betty Joyce Fulmer of Opelika, Alabama was born in Jacksonville, Florida on October 14, 1943 and passed away on September 23, 2017. She was 73 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Ruby Fulmer; brother, Grady E. Fulmer. She is survived by her sister, Brenda Winslett and brother, Victor Fulmer. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Eclectic, Alabama.
