Brenda Kaye Kizer, of Auburn, was born on October 17, 1962 in Louisiana, and passed away at her home in Auburn on December 6, 2015. She was 53 years old. She was a very active volunteer in the fight against cancer, participating in numerous events including Relay for Lifes "Walk for Life". She was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Jean Faulkner. She is survived by her father, Lawrence Davis, Sr. brothers, Lawrence Davis, Jr. (Valeria), Ricky Davis (Susie), Tim Davis (Karen), and Pete Davis (Allison), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Memorial service will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 at the Old Johnson Gallery Building across from the Lee County Courthouse at 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to American Cancer Society in her memory.
