Carolyn R. Dunson, 76, was born May 11, 1938 in Randolph County, Alabama, and passed away on August 26, 2014 at East Alabama Medical Center. Mrs. Dunson was preceded in death by her husband, H.H. Dunson; her parents, Noah and Maggie Rogers; and her husband, William Boyd. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Sue Dunson; grandchildren, Tina Simmons and Scott Simmons; great-grandchildren, Tristin Simmons, Kara Payne, Austin Payne, Chase Simmons, and Chloe Simmons; brothers, Billy Rogers and Joel Rogers.
