Carolyn E. Riddle

November 23, 1960 – January 23, 2023

Carolyn E. Riddle of Opelika, Alabama passed away at EAMC in Opelika on January 23, 2023 at the age

of 62.

Carolyn was born on November 23, 1960 at EAMC to the late, Nancy Elizabeth and Randall Clyde

Golden. She is also preceded in death by special friend, Andrew Thrift.

She is survived by her children, Tim Riddle (Christi), Bobby Riddle (Laura); brother, Randy Golden

(Julie); grandchildren, Brittney Thrift, Allanna Riddle, Zack Riddle, Mason and Blayne Barker; great-

grandchild, Brianna Cobb; nieces, Amanda Thomas (Scott), Tamara Morgan, Samantha Suggs (Neal).

Carolyn loved spending time with her kids and grandkids. She also loved listening to country music and

rocking in her rocking chair. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service for Carolyn Riddle will be held in the chapel of Frederick-Dean Funeral Home at 2:00

p.m. CT on Thursday, January 26, 2023 with Rev. Wayne Prickett officiating. Her visitation will be held

in the parlor of Frederick-Dean Funeral Home from 1:00 until the funeral hour on Thursday, January 26,

2023. Interment will follow the funeral at Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery in Beauregard.
