Christopher "Chris" Wright

1965-2022

Our hearts are saddened at the passing of Christopher "Chris" Marshall Wright. Chris left this world on December 2, 2022 at his home surrounded by his wife and family who adored him.

On August 17th 1965, the sun rose and the world welcomed a baby boy... Chris. He made the world such a brighter place with his warm laugh and his funny personality. He loved his family and friends fiercely.

Chris is survived by his wife, Tina Wright, his mother Patricia Meadows, father Freddie Wright, step-dad Anthony Meadows and wonderful in-laws, Jerry & Tommie Dakins. He was the only boy surrounded by a host of sisters.

Our family is grateful to know that Chris is finally at peace and was welcomed into Heaven by our Heavenly Father.

The family will be accepting visitors on December 9, 2022 in the parlor of Frederick-Dean Funeral Home from 12:30 pm until 1:45 pm. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on December 9 in the chapel of Frederick-Dean Funeral Home. Chris' sister, Tia Hobbs, will officiate the service. Burial to follow at Garden Hills cemetery in Opelika.
