Clifton Earl Phillips 1939-2021 Clifton Earl Phillips of Dadeville, Alabama was born to the late Wilbur and Mildred Crow Phillips in Sylacauga, Alabama on November 11, 1939 and passed away at Dadeville Health Care Center on April 28, 2021. He was 81 years old. Clifton proudly served in the Marines for six years and spent over fifty years in the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters local union 52 of Montgomery, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Phillips. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margaret Phillips; children, Vicky P. Smith (Allen), Sherry P. Oliver (Tim), and David Phillips (Tracey); grandchildren, Chase Brown, Carson Smith, Carter Smith, Cassandra Rickey, Zach Longshore, Blaine Clark, Tricia Bell, Saige Phillips Welcher (Jake), and Stetson Phillips (Kristen); great grandchildren, Hartley Phillips, Raylee Phillips, and Addyson Bell; siblings, Jerri Ann Davis, Bonnie Sue Colley, James R. Phillips (Mary), and Sidney Phillips (Lori). Visitation will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Molly Cross officiating. Graveside service will follow at Little Texas Cemetery at approximately 1:45 p.m.
