Deborah (Debbie) Kay Gunn

Deborah (Debbie) Kay Gunn, 72, of Opelika, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Jimmie Hood; brother, Danny Hood; father-in-law, John Gunn and mother-in-law, Bell Gunn.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 51 years, Steve Gunn; sons, Shane (Rachel) Gunn, Wayne (Maria) Gunn; seven grandchildren, Charles Johnson, Brian (Britney) Gunn, Austin Gunn, Kacie (Logan) Dixon, Rayden Gunn, Nicholas Gunn, Xander Gunn; great-grandchild, Jackson Johnson and numerous nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws and other family members.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 9:00am-10:00am at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home in the Parlor.

A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 11:00am at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, Alabama.

Frederick-Dean Funeral Home is assisting the family with all arrangements.
