Edward E. Johnston, Jr., age 92 of Fairhope, formerly a longtime resident of Opelika, was born in Hatchechubbee on August 24, 1922 and passed away on October 25, 2014 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope. He was son to the late Edward E. Johnston, Sr. and Carrie Lee Grace Johnston. Mr. Johnston was preceded in death by his wife, Julia H. Johnston; three brothers; and four sisters. He is survived by his son, Ross Johnston; and grandchildren, Daniel Johnston and Stephen Bryant.
