Elfreda Louise Knutson, age 79 of Opelika, was born in Indianola, Iowa on September 30, 1931 to the late Mr. Emmett Walten Wood and Mrs. Mary Sybil Eckles. She passed away on June 2, 2011 at Arbor Springs in Opelika. She is survived by her sons, Bob (Brenda) Knutson of AlmaCenter, Wisconsin, Frank (Sharon) Knutson of Stanley, Wisconsin, David (Martha) Knutson of Opelika; daughters, Susan (Paul) Bryant of Opelika, Joy (Jim) Henry of Opelika, Karla Byess of Nashville, Tennessee; fifteen grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren. She will be remembered and loved by those she left behind for giving her all at all times.
