Henry Michael "Squeaky" Herbert, 52, was born on February 11, 1962 in Pensacola, Florida, and passed away on March 24, 2014 at East Alabama Medical Center. Mr. Herbert was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Herbert Bush; brothers, Randall Herbert, and Richard, Herbert; and sister, Tina Berrian. He is survived by his father, Henry Herbert; children, Anthony Michael Herbert, Heather Hudmon (Samuel Hutchinson), and Casie Herbert Mustillo; grandchildren, Bentley Herbert, Cameron Robinson, Skyler Herbert, Landon Herbert, Evan Herbert, Joseph Blackstone, Jr., Caleb Laro, Sara Mustillo, and Ian Mustillo; brother, Norman Herbert; sisters, Crystle Parker and Donna Herbert and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Memorial service will be held Friday, March 28, 2014 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel at Frederick- Dean Funeral Home, with Reverend Sonny Guy officiating.
