James Wade Hollingsworth, age 60 of Opelika, was born on March 16, 1954 in Louisiana and died on April 29, 2014 at his home. He was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Lee Hollingsworth. Wade is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Bott Hollingsworth; sons, Rusty and Chad Hollingsworth, both of South Carolina; five grandchildren; mother, Julia Clark; four sisters, Barbara Burdette, Becky Scroggs, Debra Scroggs and Donna Hurst. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 11 am at Union Grove Baptist Church, Opelika, Alabama.
