Janice W. Brown, 64, was born May 16, 1950 and passed away on October 8, 2014. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Gracie Howard. She is survived by her son, Wayne Baker (Rebecca); daughters, Debbie Defee (Donald) and Cynthia Thrower "Cindy Lou"; grandchildren Jessica Brown, Matthew Caroll, Ryan Caroll, Zachary Baker, and Bradley Baker.
