Joe Floyd Renfroe of Waverly, was born on January 20, 1958 and passed away at the Bethany House on August 31, 2013, He was 55 years old. Mr. Renfroe was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Lamar Renfroe of Opelika. He is survived by; his mother; Margaret Renfroe Grier of Opelika, his wife Diane Renfroe, of Waverly, His children, Sandy (Robert) Ledbetter, of Notasulga; Jeremy (Megan) Renfroe, of Waverly, Jessica Renfroe of Waverly; three grandchildren Kansas Ledbetter, Kameron Ledbetter, and Harlee Hall, Sister Elizabeth (Steve) Woodall, brothers Al Renfroe, James Renfroe, Stan (Pam) Renfroe, and sister Gail Renfroe; Several nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends. Mr. Renfroe was a loving father and granddaddy, "gang dang". He loved his grandchildren with all his heart; He never met a stranger and loved people and life. Visitation will be held at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home in the Parlor from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 with Pastor Matt Wicks Officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the family.
