Judy Katherine Wiggins

Judy Katherine Wiggins passed away at her home on Saturday, September 6, 2025. She was 76 years old.

Judy was born in Georgiana, Alabama. She was a member of Lakeside Church Of God. Judy had a home daycare for over 40 years and a had a real love for children. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was an avid Auburn Football fan.... WAR Eagle!

Judy was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Doyle Wiggins; parents, Wesley and Julia Nichols; sister, Marylou Burkett; brothers, Joe and Jack Nichols.

She is survived by her children; Terri Bates (Craig), Travis Wiggins; grandchildren, Caitlin Bates (Fiancé Gunner Magnuson), Josh Wiggins, Baylee Bates, Paul Carson and MacKenzie Wiggins; great-granddaughter, Rory Wiggins; sister, Dorothy Wagnon and brother, Sherrill Nichols.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 9:30 am- 10:30 am at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home with a service to follow at 10:30 am in the Chapel with Brother Vance McCollum officiating.

Interment will be at 12:30 am CST at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.

Frederick-Dean Funeral Home is assisting the family with all arrangements.
