Linda Pearce, age 83 of Opelika, was born in Alabama on December 29, 1930 and died at her home on May 12, 2014 of Scleroderma. She was a history teacher and retired from Wacoochee. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Nealy D. Pearce; children, Lane Pearce, Jill Jordan, Donna Miller, Kent Pearce, and David Pearce, and their spouses; 11 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
