Mack Henderson of Opelika was born on June 16, 1929 and began his eternal life with our Lord and Savior on October 6, 2017 from his cherished home. His mortal body was 88 years old. Mack was blessed to be a loving family member of the Trinity United Methodist Church where he delighted in watching Praise Team Rehearsal. He was predeceased by parents, Carl and Mandy Henderson and his wife, Molly Ann of 57 years. He is survived by his sister Elizabeth Nix, son Michael, granddaughter Taylor and grandson Micah. Mack was an American Veteran of the Korean War. His wit will be greatly missed by the Breakfast Crew. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2017 at Garden Hills Cemetery with his friend, Pastor Earl Ballard officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service Monday, October 9, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home. All thoughts and prayers these last 6 months are greatly appreciated by his family.
