Margaret L. Cook, age 89 of Opelika, was born on August 13, 1921 in Dadeville and passed away on June 19, 2011 at Bethany House in Auburn. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Grover and Cora Mae Freeman. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.D. Cook. She is survived by three daughters, Judy Ray and husband Davis, Sara Davis and husband Johnny, and Debbie Ward; five grandchildren, Craig Ray and wife Tracy, Chris Davis, Michelle Newman and husband Berryman, Jason Davis, and Amanda Holloway and husband Mike; and five great grandchildren. The family will receive friends prior to services at the home of Sara and Johnny Davis – 2101 Rocky Brook Road, Opelika, Alabama 36801. She was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide football fan – Roll Tide!
