Marion C. Rougier, age 58 of Salem, was born in Providence, Rhode Island on November 5, 1953 and passed away at her home on November 9, 2011.
Mrs. Rougier was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Edith McGowan. She is survived by her children, Rick Holliday and wife Kimberley, Anthony Rougier and wife Nikki, and Charles Rougier; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her dogs, Precious, Cat, and Brat.
