Phillip Loren Williams was born on March 28, 1972 in Lee County, Alabama and died on September 26, 2013 at his home. Mr. Williams was a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and was in management in the food industry. He is survived by his son, Phillip Mason Williams; his mother, Linda H. Williams; his brother, Michael Williams; his maternal grandmother, Pearl Howard; the mother of his son, Pam Williams; and other family members and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Auburn United Methodist Church, with Dr. George Mathison officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Phillip Williams Memorial Fund at Southern States Bank, 2601 Frederick Road, Opelika, Alabama 36801. Frederick-Dean Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
