Rachel Glasscock Davis, of Auburn, was born in Hartselle on September 29, 1924 and raised in Cullman, Alabama. She passed away on February 4, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Gregory Glasscock and Kathryn Elizabeth Turner Glasscock. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Grant Davis; five sisters; and two brothers. She is survived by her son, Grant Davis (Nancy); daughter, Cecilia Davis Nunnelley (Kenneth); grandchildren, Hilary MacIsaac (Elliott), Keri Anne Parker (Will), Kathryn Gwenyth Nunnelley, and John Davis Nunnelley; great grandchildren, Davis MacIsaac, Ellie MacIsaac, Grant MacIsaac, and Rachel Parker. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Auburn University Foundation Davis Scholarship Fund.
