Ricky Gene Haddock

July 14th, 1957 – July 21st, 2026

Ricky Gene Haddock passed away July 21st, 2026 at Baptist South in Montgomery, Alabama at the age of 69. He was born in Mishawaka, Indiana to his parents, John Thomas Haddock and Mary Mildred Haddock(Simpson). 

After joining the Navy out of high school, he settled in Auburn, Alabama in the early 1980’s. He will be remembered most for his many business ventures, in which he developed numerous life-long relationships and friendships. He loved to travel and spend time with his family. He loved his Auburn Tigers and anything Auburn sports related.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jon-Luke Haddock; his sister-in-law, Shirley Haddock (Glen).

He is survived by his son, Eli Haddock (Taylor); his brother, Glen Haddock; his grandchildren, Emmett Haddock and Trenton Haddock (TJ); his partner, Beverly Cannington; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other family members and friends.

Visitation for Ricky Gene Haddock will be held at Frederick-Dean Funeral home on July 31st,2026 at 10 AM, with private Burial service to follow at Union at Lake Martin Cemetery in Dadeville, AL
