Mr. Rodney Floyd Bishop, age 60, of Cusseta, AL, was born on August 1, 1953 and passed away at his home on August 1, 2013. He worked for Lee County Environmental Services for 28 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Forrest F. Bishop. Mr. Bishop is survived by his wife of 40 years, Shirley Bishop; his daughter, Chrissy (Wayne) Winslett; his son, James Bishop; his mother, Alma Bishop; his sisters, Judy Craven, Barbara Freeman, Genevie (Carl) Cupp, Patty Bishop; his daughter-in-law, Stacey Bishop; his grandchildren, Kevin and Kailey Bishop, Mariah and Felicity Winslett; his stepmother, Betty Bishop; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 5, 2013, in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday August 4, 2013 in the Frederick-Dean Funeral Home parlor from 5 PM- 7 PM.
