Ruth Duck, of Opelika, was born on April 9, 1918 in Georgia and passed away on October 2, 2011 at Oak Park in Auburn. She was 93 years old. She attended Watoola Methodist Church. She loved traveling, camping and fishing. Ms. Duck was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Duck; three sisters; one brother; son-in-law, Bill Holden; and grandson, Rodney Hansen. She is survived by her children, Glenda Holden, W. J. Cash (Carolyn), Camelia Hilyer (Floyd); brother, Sam Bradford of Fresno, California; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and13 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
