Mrs. Sandra Ann Smith, age 60 of Opelika, was born on April 30, 1951 in Lee County, Alabama and passed away on December 2, 2011 in Columbus, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Lilly Clegg Murphy. She owned and operated Beauregard Corner Fireworks. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Thomas H. Smith; children, S. Denise Long, Richard (Moranda) Long, Tammy Long Mansur, and Thomas H. (Angelia) Smith Jr.; seven grandchildren; brother, Roy Lee (Betty Ann) Murphy; sisters, Alice (James) Smith, Glenda (Tony) Thrash, and Betty (Jerry) Bradford; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
