Thelma J Sosebee, 94, of Opelika, Alabama was born on May 24, 1930 in Gainsville, Georgia, passed away on August 8, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Sosebee; her parents, Claude and Ellen Louise Loggins; and son, Darrel Sosebee.

Thelma is survived by her children, Donna (Randy) Waldrop, David (Tammy) Sosebee, and Koyt (Daphne) Sosebee; Nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home in the Parlor with a service at 12:00 noon in the Chapel with Reverend Dr. Rusty Sowell officiating. Interment will follow at Garden Hills Cemetery.
