Tony R. Bell, age 58 of Opelika, was born on June 5, 1953 in Columbus, Georgia and passed away on August 22, 2011 at Bethany House of Auburn. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Mr. Bill and Mrs. Helen Bell. Mr. Bell is survived by his son, Shane Bell and girlfriend Stacey; sister, Sulane Mackey and husband Bob; brother, Billy Bell and wife Nancy; sister, Faye Freeman and husband Joe; brother, Gerald Bell and wife Patsy; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends; and his "little buddy" Taco Bell the Mexican Chihuahua. He was a painter for 31 years. Woodworking and motorcycles were his hobbies. He was an avid Alabama football fan…Roll Tide.
