Dorothy Sumners Eller, of Opelika, was born in the Lee County Hospital on October 2, 1922, and passed away at her residence on August 14, 2015. She was 92 years old. She was the daughter to the late William and Lucille Arington. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Morris Sumners, and Clyde Eller. She is survived by her daughters, Dottie Fetner (Marvin), Marsha Riddle (Jerrell), and Glenda DuBose (Wayne); grandchildren, Brian Fetner, Lisa McMichael (Joe), Joey Fetner (Ashley), Cristy Milner (Brent), Clint Riddle, Kimberly Yates (Allen), Barry DuBose, Craig DuBose (Joanie); fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; sisters, Eunice Manning, Mary Nell Adkins (Bennie), and brother, Cecil Arington. Visitation will be held in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Sunday, August 16, 2015 from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. Graveside will be held Sunday, August 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Garden Hills Cemetery with Pastor Michael Adkins Officiating.
