Evaie T. Flournoy Culpepper of Cusseta, Alabama was born in Chambers County, Alabama on February 8, 1926, and passed away at Oak Park on August 29, 2016. She was 90 years old. She was the daughter to the late Moitt B. Truitt, Sr. and Maudie Murphy Truitt. She was preceded in death by her husbands Bonny Flournoy, and William Culpepper; son Marshall Flournoy. She is survived by her daughter Betty White (Bob), Rebecca Thrower (Roger); son Lamar Flournoy (Katrina); daughter-in-law Martha Flournoy; brother Floyd Truitt (Shirley), as well as numerous grandchildren. Visitation will be held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 1, 2016 in the Chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Lynn McClain and Reverend Clint Lewey officiating. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery. The family would like to extend special thanks to her granddaughter Denise Culpepper and Angie Gregory for the loving care they gave to Mrs. Culpepper, as well as the Staff at Oak Park.
