Hiram A. Gauntt of Beauregard was born to the late Hiram Ralph and Annie Frances Jinks Gauntt on March 22, 1930 and was raised by Alfred and Annie Frances Meadows. He passed away at his home on December 21, 2016 and he was 86 years old. He is survived by his wife of 42 years F Dean Gauntt; daughters Karol Pattillo Morgan, Victoria Foster (Freddie), and Reba Ahnemiller (Donald); sons Andy Pattillo (Pamela), and Steve Pattillo (Patricia); 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; brother Fletcher Meadows; sisters Jeanette Floydd, and Lucille Jiminez, as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, and other family members. Visitation will be held in the Parlor at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home Saturday, December 24, 2016 from 9:45 until 10:45 a.m. Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 24, 2016 in the Garden Hills Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Rusty Sowell officiating.
