Horris Carson Jackson of Opelika, Alabama was born on March 23, 1929 and passed away on February 20, 2019. He was 89 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, Quillie and Flora Bass Jackson; his daughter, Loretta Jackson Dubose and his wife of 65 years, Jeanette Howard Jackson. He is survived by sons, Carson "Buddy" Jackson (Vickie) and Tony Jackson (Pam) 5 grandchildren, 12 Great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren A graveside service will be held at Garden Hills Cemetery, Opelika, Alabama on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Grady Dubose officiating. Frederick-Dean Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
